Environmental Excellence Business Network

The Environmental Excellence Business Network (EEBN) is a network of environmental professionals and business people who all share a common goal: making sustainable business decisions that protect our natural resources AND make good business sense.

Members interact primarily through eight to 10 different EEBN events, lunch & learns and socials that take place throughout the year. Events focus on a range of topics - from solid waste reduction to green development to environmental management systems and more. Hosted by local businesses that want to share their success stories and resources with EEBN members, each event typically includes a presentation and tour of the facility along with ample networking time. Past event hosts have included Harley Davidson, Hallmark Cards, General Motors and Sprint.

EEBN members are eligible to enroll in environmental training courses offered through the City of Kansas City, Missouri at discounted rates with offerings such as HAZWOPER, HazCom, and more. See course listings and current training schedule.
